TECHNOLOGY’S IMPACT ON INDUSTRY AND SOCIETY
REIMAGINING
SMART SPACES
The Constantia Institute is a Brussels-based think-tank that focuses on how technology can be used to benefit society. We are currently focusing on technology facilitating workspaces based on patterns of use, value, and experience.
Our work at present is on the themes of the contactless economy and smarter spaces (retail, hotel, corporate) re-imagined with technology. We examine the integration of data, AI, and intelligent building systems towards workspaces that have meaningful outcomes.
As technologies become embedded further in our daily work lives, success will be not measured by technology but by better ways to orchestrate employee experience and customer engagement, creating a new benchmark for intelligent placemaking.
